Very nice location ! Bus station is right outside of hotel . You can take train from Geneva airport and a bus to the town and hotel is right by the bus station . Only 5 minutes walk to the Gondola .

The hotel and room were fantastic! What a great location, close to the center and to the gondola. Staff were so friendly, two restaurants right on location with a wonderful breakfast. Great music to listen to you while serving your food with the lovely staff to welcome you in the morning. Definitely recommend, we will stay here again in the future for sure. Thank you.!!

Great location! Its just 3 min walk from lifts. They also provided parking with no additional charges. They have ski room with boot heaters. Highly recommend!

The lodge is in a great location close to the bus, the lake, good restaurants, and the gondola. Unfortunately I didn’t check well enough the pictures and was a bit disappointed by the view. You mostly see trees from the window/balcony and not the mountains. If you drive, it’s good because there’s a parking lot. The sheets were comfy, the towels were nice and it was very clean. Check in and out is contactless. Overall very good budget option in Crans.

Great ski soot

Great location and a quick walk to the Cry d’er lift. Across the street from the bus stop and in the town plus a quick walk to Montana, grocery stores and a lot of restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and well designed, separate WC from the shower and sink which is great. Lots of plugs and adapters available in the room. Great views. Basic tea and instant coffee plus two bottles of water at check in. They should have resticked the coffee but didn’t but a quick ask. Great view of the mountains and nice balacony.

A big thank you to everyone at Alaia Lodge for such a warm welcome. We came here on a father/son golf trip we had wanted to do for many years and we chose to stay at Alaia because of its convenient walking distance to the golf course, and it proved to be a wonderful choice. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful town, surrounded by lovely scenery. We only wish we had more time to explore the area and take in more of its beauty! Everyone at Alaia was so friendly and welcoming and this was evidenced as we arrived for our check-in. A special thank to who welcomed us there with the lovely upgraded room with the balcony/mountain view. It was a very thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The rooms and breakfast were both great too. We’re already missing it there and hope to return one day to explore so much more of the area. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable!
