「とても素敵なホテルでしたが、到着時間はお伝えしていたのに自転車レースをやっていて通行止めの時間で、タクシーを途中で降ろされてしまいました。あらかじめ教えていただきたかったです。下ろされた場所まで迎えをお願いしても(子供が具合が悪かったのもその前に伝えていたはずなのに)外で30分待たされました。その後買い物に行きたくても山道を降る説明をされましたが、レースのためか道がありませんでした。送迎サービスがあると良かったように思います。」

「L’hôtel est très beau et bien entretenu. Super bien placé également proche du centre et des télécabines, parfait pour nos randonnées. Le seul point négatif serait que le personnel des restaurants en dessous de l’hôtel jette les déchets (bouteilles) dans les conteneurs entre 22h et minuit…pas très agréable.」

「Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen - etwas Netteres kann es in der Gegend gar nicht geben. ;-) Schönes Design, absolute Ruhelage und vor allem wunderbare Betreuung durch das Betreiberpaar, das sich viel Zeit für die Gäste nimmt und immer mit Tipps zur Verfügung steht. Sauna und Dampfbad gibt es ebenfalls und auch das Frühstück war top. 100 von 100 Punkten. 」

「Great family run hotel with fabulous views from your bedroom balcony. One street back from the road, so its super quiet. Parking directly in front of hotel, which is a huge bonus in Crans. The staff are really helpful and breakfast is excellent. Easy walk to all restaurants and hotel has a super restaurant Only stayed for 2 nights and no hesitation to go back when in the area. 」
