「I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

「Very pleased to find our room very spacious. I can't remember having a hotel room as large. Bed was mostly comfortable, but I like a firmer mattress than what they had. I still slept well. All personnel in the hotel and casino were very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted no matter where we went. The only downside of staying here is a lack of breakfast offerings. The lobby and hallways were chaotic, with multiple unsupervised children running, yelling, and no visible staff intervention. 「The staff we have encountered is so beyond sweet and they always go above and beyond to provide everything needed for a comfy stay! The parking is no issue, the area is safe, there is plenty of places for food and lots of places open late for last minute items. The pool is maintained and always warm and clean and thats something we love when we visit. Great wifi too with spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!」

「Absolutely no hot water during my stay Staff was rude hallway main lobby in my room definitely could’ve used the cleaning. Bedding was clean TV. Had a good picture. Very noisy all day and night.」

「I have to awly mention Kia!! She hands down handled check ins, check outs, rude patrons, manual walk ups to rooms, impatient individuals, calls to corporate, IT calls, ALL with PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENCE, KINDNESS & I DONT THINK SHE EVER WENT TO LUNCH IR HAD A BATHROOM BREAK through the entire shift. It was even a gathering in the first floor room, and these people were spilling stuff all through the lobby and tracking it all over the floor and she had to try to make sure that that got cleaned...
