VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten...
