「The staff were very helpful. The only thing I didn't like were the bolster pillows. I am used to sleeping on flat pillows and these were far too high for me. I did ask at reception for an alternative pillow but they didn't have any so I had to buy one. Also a few hooks by the door to hang coats and bags etc would be helpful. Other than those 2 small things the hotel was very good and represented value for money. Hotel in a good location and they also offered a shuttle service which you could...

「Spacious room, nothing fancy but clean, had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was decent, good selection of food on offer, staff at front desk helpful and friendly. The hotel was minutes walk from the beach and main bar areas, but far enough away to be quiet when you want/need it.」

「Nice, clean & spacious appartment. Everything you need is there (even a Nespresso machine 🎉) You can store your luggage safely after check-out and can use showerfacilities before you leave for the airport. Staff is very friendly and serviceminded. Carrefour supermarket around the corner, nice little shops, restaurants at the boulevard, all at walking distance. Tram to Alicante is a 5 min walk away. I had a perfect stay, will definitely come back!」

「Beautifully updated in an excellent location with close access to the old and new Benidorm and very close to beach. Clean, spacious easy parking available. The staff were courteous and very helpful. We go to Benidorm regularly and will definitely stay here again. 」

Vi sitter alltid på taket og tar noen gode drinker. Personalet er dyktige og veldig hyggelige. Vi får alltid champagne ved innsjekk. Vi kommer selvfølgelig tilbake! 」
