「We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. I have to say the hotel restaurants have a have fantastically extensive menus...

「Our initial room was awful. bedroom was windowless, pokey facilities. Fortunately we were switched to a totally refurbished room, one suitable for a disabled guest. Breakfast buffet was reasonably varied, pity the evening choice was not as interesting and often had gone cold. there were many staff desperate to take away used plates almost before being finished with. There was an unseemly use to offer bar services, almost before sitting comfortably at times.」

Would recommend you hire bikes and go along the promenade so many places to eat, drink and look around - the reception staff were great at...

「Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. If you want some quiet and time alone with a partner or friend, this...
