「Good hotel, could do with some renovations….but overall it’s a lovely hotel and does what it says on the tin…lovely staff. Nobody seems to talk to anyone around the pool, just in the smoking area! lol 」

「The hotel is a great location; great for people watching and being close to local restaurants and the Music Square. The rooms are clean and comfortable although I would like a light blanket as the duvet is too much and the sheet not enough for the time of year. The aircon was on then off, then on in the night! The breakfast is limited - not great if you don’t eat dairy or gluten. You are limited to 1 coffee. There is no fruit. I would prefer to have a choice from a buffet rather than a limited...

「スタッフの笑顔、一部のスタッフのサービスの良さは素晴らしいです。一方で滞在期間中に、部屋にあるべき備品がそろっていない、人数分の備品がないということが多すぎました。インターネットアクセスはつながるだけましなのかもしれませんが、夜間はほとんどつながらず、送信したはずのメールも実は届いていないということが旅行後わかるなど、当てになりませんでした。食事は満足できますが朝食がありきたり、毎日ほぼ同じメニューでちょっと飽きました。場所柄仕方ないのかもしれませんが、高級リゾートとしては下だと思います。改善してくれたらいいと思う点はたくさんあります。そこそこのバケーションで特に期待しないのであれば快適ですが、ハイクラスのリゾート慣れしている方にはがっかりかもしれません。」

「Staff were lovely and helpful. Room clean although a few mozzies. Air con not on in winter so it was far too hot so bought a fan from Ale hop. 」
