Told off for leaving gate open although they do Very catered towards German guests not much in English Loose paving outside small gate Lots of ants No freezer Would I return NO My advice is look at the pictures and then look at real time and address the issues. We paid a lot of money and did not expect to spoken to like children. VRBO check out time is 11am. They are trying to enforce a 10am check out "

"Poolside sunbeds need replacing, most were overstrectched uncomfortable and dirty. Room was fine no complaints. Staff always helpful. Pool bar okay offered everthing you asked for. "

"The whole suite just felt luxurious, Especially the Bathroom and the pool area is shared only with a few guests, so mostly it feels quiet. The breakfast was amazing, everyday they serve a different menu and you can just taste the quality in the food. The Manager Stephanie came every morning to check on all of the guests and she was very helpful and warm. Definitely recommend!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this characterful and well laid out villa, which is in a peaceful location with fabulous panoramic views down to the coast. Spacious rooms, all well decorated and with a homely feel. The large, shaded terrace area was particularly lovely and a great place for relaxing and eating meals. The villa occupies a large plot and the gardens were beautifully kept. Great sized pool too. Convenient location with easy access to main coast road and good walking nearby.Many thanks, David, for your kindness during our stay, it was much appreciated."

"This apartment was fabulous, beautifully furnished to a high standard. 2 good sized bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer ceramic hob, coffee maker microwave and air fryer. There are 3 large tvs and wifi. The bathroom has a large shower, and a washing machine. There is a pretty courtyard to sit in, which is not overlooked. There is a supermarket and taverna nearby. A car is needed, we hired a car from the airport which was reasonably priced, and the apartment is situated halfway between puerto del carmen and playa blanca, so it was ideal for visiting the major attractions of the island. Anchor our host was so kind and considerate, nothing was too much trouble for him."

"A lovely hotel, atmospheric & with lovely friendly service from all the staff. The room was nice, pool area lovely, breakfast was very nice & varied. We are dinner there twice & would really recommend. A very relaxing break, Yaiza is peaceful, easy to access on the airport bus, very quiet & not touristy like the mainstream resorts in the coast. "

Check-in was handled at a separate location, which was slightly unusual, but check-out was simple and straightforward.
