Great for kids,, very good AI food, the alcohol is quite good as well,l . We visited in April over Easter, the pool was a little cold but the kids don’t seem to mind . The entertainment staff are great with the kids, mini disco and loads to do .
Room bit sparse but large sitting area with seperate bedroom and bathroom so more than adequate.
Very clean throughout and staff friendly.
Good stay all round.
Great few days at Bakour. Everywhere was kept really clean. Pools were cold but splash park was fun for kids. Food was good and a good choice each day. Nice variety of drinks included in the all inclusive too. Few minutes of a walk into both old town and new town. Would stay again
We had a great week including over new years eve. The staff were always friendly and polite.
The hotel was clean. We would like to return again!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Clean and well equipped room, food was fabulous. All communal areas were clean and modern. The only slight issue was the door on the rooms were easy for toddlers/children to open making it a hazard for them to get into out, I had to ensure there was always something heavy infront of the door.
Thank you for an incredible and enjoyable stay
Room was perfect and spotless, food in the restaurant was amazing, with something different to eat every night.
Times were later than the uk, with dinner at 7pm and entertainment after.... took a while for my little one to get used to.
Fantastic hotel, very clean and food for all inclusive was excellent had some off the best meals in the hotel versus going to restaurants, fantastic hotel for kids and very well equipped
It was great for the kids, they had a great time in the swimming pool with all the slides. The staff who set up the games and activities for the kids did a great job.
Brilliant for a young family - try to get an apartment at the far end away from the bar and restaurant if you have really small kids because some of the late night entertainment can be loud.
Beautiful villa, spotless, modern and very comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unusable during our visit and the management company were not very helpful in resolving it.
We also had difficulty in an indigenous Taxi finding the villa on arrival due to poor directions.
Also felt late check-out charges were excessive. The property itself is excellent, but guest support could be improved.
I ended up at this hotel after my friend was taken ill on a cruise and I ended up staying here
The staff on reception Jerome & Natalie were so helpful & made a difficult time a lot easier & although I was on my own for the first few days they made me feel at ease
The room was very nice
The restaurant was amazing with so much choice & especially enjoyed breakfast & all the staff are so friendly
Also the hotel Director was very welcoming and helped me by upgrading me to fully inclusive as he could tell it was a difficult time for me especially as I was supposed to have fully inclusive on my cruise & suddenly had to pay for food unexpectedly
I would recommend this hotel to anyone
Pool is cleaned daily, floors are washed most days, rooms are clean and spacious. Bath doesn’t have a shower door so when showering water leaks out all over the floor if you’re not careful causing damage around the door frames
We've just come back from a week stay here and it was fab. Our girls are aged 9 and 7. They loved the slides etc but mainly played in the main pool. Its a quick taxi ride from the airport which cost 20 euros, no need to book transfers. Food is your basic all inclusive stuff. Its not too far from the strip, around a 10 to 15 min walk or a taxi ride.
Only downside is the room for the night time entertainment isnt very big so you do struggle to get a seat. Also it doesnt have a games room with a pool table and a few arcades for the kids to enjoy while waiting for entertainment or to keep them out the sun for a little bit during the day. But it did save us some money ha.
Overall its a lovely hotel with modern rooms. No need to be up at 6am putting towels out either, we went for breakfast at 8.30am each day and their was plenty of sun beds available.
Not a four star experience. Staff are excellent but not enough staff resulting in long queues.
Often waiting for food as not catering for numbers. Limited options.
Very convenient, bus stop just outside the hotel, Lovely area but the children splash pool was shut for maintenance or something was being fixed so could not use it which was very disappointing as we booked the hotel so kids could play in the splash pool nonetheless very child friendly would highly recommend
Hi Hotel was good but it was primarily designed for French people. The area outside the pavement uneven and dirty and there was not enough choice of restaurants as the food in the hotel got a bit samey

Disliked: Cleanliness
Mid term trip
Weather was great, hotel is only ok. Smell of drain in our ground floor room was terrible. Cleaners threw out valuable good, food was only ok.
Property in very good condition, very smart. Our room suffered from lack of sunshine. Equipment in room microwave and fridge but no cutlery or plates. No wine glasses
