Personale disponibile anche se un pò in difficoltà a gestire richieste extra o non in spagnolo. Noi avevamo la necessità di pasti senza glutine e l'offerta non era molto varia e necessitava per la cena di prenotazione il.giorno prima.」
「Diamond of a hotel at a good price. Lovely pool area, fab sea views, great little friendly bar, supermarket on site who make pizzas for €4.50, the most comfortable queen bed I’ve slept in, new fluffy towels, fab rainfall shower, basic room but all you need. Will be back.」

「This hotel is out of this world! Could not fault a single thing. Staff worked hard and were helpful, particularly Lucia and Erika in the Magical restaurant and Adrianna (unsure of exaxt spelling)and Laura who did aqua fit and aerobics daily, always with a smile. The rooms were superb. The food excellent. We will definitely return. Thank you.」

「The apartment was well-distributed, the balcony was large, the cleaning personnel were friendly and service-minded.
The parking was free and roofed, which was really nice. The surroundings were nice, close to Playa Blanca/Puerto Blanco, but the apartahotel is actually in Las Coloradas.
All in all a very nice experience and comes highly recommended.」
