「The property was conveniently located near major routes off the highway. The office park location makes the property feel removed. The complimentary breakfast on-site was convenient as well. The property is aged, and rooms were not very clean. I requested fresh bedding since it did not appear that the sheets were replaced. The staff expressed that there was no housekeeping staff at the time but that they would leave the front desk to get the bedding. I ended up receiving bedding the following...

「Our room was somewhat updated, but the bathroom mirror needed to be replaced. When our room was cleaned the garbage pails were not emptied.」

「There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!」

「Before staying at this hotel I called and asked if the hot tub was working, I then made a reservation. The place sounded great, but it wasn't . I showed up and before checking in asked again is the hot tube working. I was told yes. Two hours later I found out it didn't work and hadn't for some time. The pool, kid's pool and hot tub were all filthy, with scum on their walls. The only emergency exit from the pool area, sealed closed with layers of ice. The fitness room consist of an old treadmill....

「There was a large convention staying on the property and I couldn’t hear a sound from inside the room. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay again! Everything was clean and bright, there was an iron, refrigerator, the pillows were sooo comfortable. I was able to park right outside the room, there were veni g machines and ice nearby. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast but it sounded good—maybe next time!」

「The king bed was very comfortable and sheets were high quality. New floors and bathroom recently updated and clean. Two chairs could be updated. I liked the separated vanity area from bathroom. It was quiet and the owner was very sweet. Good parking and air conditioner worked fine.」

「The room was clean. Breakfast was not stellar. The air conditioning was top-notch. The grout around the tiles on the bathroom flor was cracked and loose. The hotel was quiet st night. Parking was convenient. All around a decent stay.」
