The charming Villa Rocío 1 is located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, on a fenced property offering a spacious outdoor area, ideal for a relaxing holiday with great privacy. With tasteful décor, the house features a large living-dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (1 with two single beds and 3 with double beds; when your group has 10 people, 2 additional single beds are added), as well as 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fireplace, cable TV, washing machine and a cot. The main highlight of the property is its outdoor area, with a covered terrace featuring a dining table and grill, perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings outdoors. You can cool off in the pool on hot summer days or relax on the sun loungers or on the lawn. A wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are just 4 minutes away by car (1.5 km) in the centre of Conil de la Frontera. The nearest beach is 4 minutes away by car (1.7 km), while the popular Playa Fuente del Gallo is 10 minutes away by car (4.8 km).



Parking for 3 or 4 cars is available on the property. Bed linen is included and towels are available on request and for an extra fee. A cot can be provided for an additional charge. Parties and events of any kind are not allowed; the property is intended for relaxation and especially for families. It is also possible to rent the neighbouring house; if both are booked for the same group, the connecting door can be opened.
