10/10 Excellent

"I can't say enough about this hotel and the incredible staff - certainly Djamila and Shega and everyone else was wonderful too. It's about a 15 minute walk from the train station and its so close to the Little Venice area. So for location - A Plus. My room was beautiful - separate room for the toilet, a shower and a separate bathtub. Not to mention more space than I typically think of for Europe. Another A Plus. Now the staff, A++++ They are all so personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I would have written the review anyway but I had a small (or large) issue. I left my passport in the safe. They contacted me and were actively trying to figure out ways to accommodate me after my own mistake. They were so on top of everything. I definitely want to return to Colmar and there is no where else I would stay."
