Parking is off-street and right in front of your Studio!

The studio has a spacious living/bedroom area, with king size bed, seating area, desk, smart TV, free Wifi, free Netflix, ceiling fan, reverse cycle airconditioning, large closet.
There is also a seperate kitchenette with large fridge, microwave, kettle (no cooking facilities), and a dinner table.
Your private ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink/vanity.

Pleasant stay

Had a lovely stay in Gerards studio, it was exactly as listed. Communination was great, the studio was spacious enough for the two of us and a great location to explore coffs harbour from.

Perfect place for our week playing sport

Clean comfortable and in the heart of Coffs. Perfect for my husband and son to share whilst staying in Coffs for sport. Gerard was a great host and easy to communicate with. We will be back and highly recommend this property.

Studio Stay

I had a very comfortable stay in this studio. The studio was clean and had a lot of space. Gerard was a helpful host and easy to contact if I needed anything. It was a close drive to shops and attractions in Coffs Harbour. Would stay here again!
