"I was looking for a nice, quiet, and relaxing, vacation. This property did not disappoint. The house was comfortable, cozy, well stocked, and so clean. The view is incredible. Just sitting outside watching the river was so "Zen". I had one of the most restful vacations ever. I was there for a little over two weeks and I would have stayed longer if I could have, Kim, the host, was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying at this beautiful property again."

"Great location and easy parking next to the secure door of your unit. Just steps up to a well decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, dinning area, terrific kitchen, and hall living quaters. Step outside and you can walk to Jarretts art gallery, little wine shop, a play house, an art boutique and oriental Tai food. Beach is 1 block away with new resturants and High Tides has great bands playing on the weekends. Just cant say enough about what a terrific stay we had. Enjoy!"

"This was our first time in Colonial Beach and we really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around town. The house is beautiful and in a great location close to everything. The homeowner was also great to work with and we’ll definitely be back soon!"

"This place is absolutely beautiful With amazing Views it is right on the water The last house on the road.. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very spacious, had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and responded immediately with any questions. I highly recommend staying here. We found this place last minute. When our other arrangements fell through and im so happy they did because this was closer and just perfect for our family."

We visited the U.S. National Oyster Festival in St. Mary's County. We would love to come back again."

"Quiet area great for families. Loved the outdoor space. We brought 2 large dogs and they had a safe place to enjoy without escaping. The fire pit was nice and the shed with the beach chairs and different sized bikes was awesome. The inside was clean and had nice touches. The golf cart rentals and restaurants were very convenient."

"The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out."

Great time for kids crabbing & a great place to fish -- one slot red, a few puppy drums, croakers, and even a couple of cownose rays that gave maybe the best fight I've had fishing! "My sister and I both agree that our room was very clean. My sister was not pleased about the sheets being tucked in all around the bed, but she made do. My bed was comfortable but the pillows are too soft (I'm used to contour memory foam). We had room service and it was excellent. Food was good. My sister enjoyed her shower. This was our second time at this hotel and we will definitely be back."
