「Problem from the get-go. I arrived at around 11:20pm (due to a delayed flight). The front desk clerk was not present for a few minutes. When he came out he told me my reservation was not available anymore since I was so late and that I received an email explaining that, which I didn’t. He had a very heavy accent so perhaps it was lost in translation but eventually he gave me my prepaid room.
My room seemed like it was not properly cleaned and there was a big red carpet stain next to the couch...
