Our stay at Bastión Luxury Hotel exceeded our expectations! If you’re traveling to Cartagena for the first time, this hotel is in a perfect central location and has everything you need. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the front desk staff and security personnel to the bar team. They were always kind, patient, and never made us feel rushed when answering our questions. We visited on a girls’ trip to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made. The warm hospitality made our experience even more special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena and will definitely be returning in the future. Food in the hotel was delicious!!! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The hotel and amenities are great after 3pm the day parties ends and the 6 rooms that are on the resort become quiet and you get to relax the rest of the evening. It is not a party location after 3pm.the staff is amazing and very attentive and welcoming.

Very friendly staff always ready to help, the room and overall hotel was very clean. The only thing is the pool is very small and there aren’t any amenities like a gym in the property. However, I highly recommend it and I will book again.
