"Ravenstone Manor is perfect for this kind of holiday. It's the best place we've stayed. The house is amazing, the staff are brilliant, and the food was some of the best we've ever eaten. The location is also perfect, with different kinds of walks clearly highlighted by the staff and the car park safe and away from the road. We also really appreciated how dog-friendly it is, and how thorough they've catered for people travelling with pets."

"This was the most incredible stay I could have asked for! The breakfast was lovely, the home felt very cozy, and she had the fire lit every evening for a warm and welcoming sitting area. The only thing I would say is, as a Uni student with no car, plan with bus routes! They only come around every hour, and the BnB is a bit remote. A lovely view of the lake, the gardens, the chickens, and the neighbors sheep! I will absolutely come here again :) "

"We were upgraded to a beautiful, clean and spacious room overlooking the front of the Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - our bags were even taken up to our room for us. Buffet cooked breakfast is delicious and plentiful and the 3 course evening dinner is a nightly treat! The Hotel is ideally situated for walking in the National Park and close to shops, and local transport. All-in-all highly recommended!"

"Amazing lodge, immaculate, cosy, comfy beds, well stocked with everything you need, stunning views and well cared for. It had a Smart TV so you could watch Netflix etc which is what we love. It was only 10-15 min drive to Keswick. One of the nicest lodges we have stayed in and really would recommend it. The lodge is in one of the best plots right opposite the lake. We loved the view in a morning having coffee overlooking the lake, a very impressive lodge. The host was very responsive and helpful at all times. We will definitely be returning. "

"Accommodation clean and tidy. Keys a little hard to find at the beginning for entry as there are many 'front porches'. In a nice area with mountain views and easy access to Whinlatter and Keswick and surrounding area."
