"Made it easy to catch our flight in the morning. Had a comfortable and quiet night to sleep well. I would only add that some folks ( me ) are light sensitive and the night light interferes. A blue light would be much easier to sleep with. We had dinner, which was delicious and Tina is an amazing, friendly and helpful person. She completes the stay."

"This hotel is not bad at all. Any issues, the staff takes care of it. Some things were not as clean as I expected, but when I told the front desk they had it taken care of pretty quickly. I have to say that Katy at the front desk is a superstar. She has a good memory- she remembered me from a stay about six months ago, and I heard her know a guest by name even though he did not frequently come through Maryville/Alcoa. Super helpful and very nice. We were here for Christmas and have enjoyed our stay!"

"The staff was great. The rooms were clean. This is an older motel but it’s maintained really well. Although we didn’t bring a pet, the have 3 or 4 pet friendly rooms. The motel is really close to the entrance of the park and the are several places to eat near by. Also the rates are quite reasonable. We will definitely stay there again."
