「Staff was friendly and helpful. Extremely clean room and bathroom. This sounds silly to some but an actual usable bar of body soap that lathered on the washcloth! The bottles of water in fridge were greatly appreciated. Quiet area which was nice. Room did not reek of weed or cigarettes! 」

「Cute little motel. Most motels are pretty sketchy, but this was a cute little building that my wife and I loved. I took off one star from the clean writing because the first night there was dog hair or something on our comforter on the bed and on the first layer of sheets under that but once we notified them they took care of it immediately.」

「This is a small, kind of older hotel but very clean and well kept. The lady that was working the desk was there all day but readily helped us and talked to us any time we needed it. The parking lot was nice and well lit and there were multiple ways to get in and out with the room key. The breakfast was very simple but there is a McDonald’s in walking distance. Our room was clean and quiet and we used the heat a little at night and it worked just fine.」

「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」
