"The Mallard Hotel faces a beautiful mountain view! There is no staff on-site. No lobby or personnel. You can text the Hotel number and get any questions answered in a few minutes. The room air conditioner was on and cooling very well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! We loved the weight of the covers, not too light, not too heavy. The King room has a small kitchen sink counter area with a modern refrigerator. Coffee pot with amenities. There is a hair dryer and clothes steamer in the bathroom. Extra towels and washcloths were available if needed in the on site laundry area on the first floor. There is an ice machine in this same area. The parking lot was very well lighted, so we felt it was a secure area even though there were no other buildings or businesses nearby. If we go through Cooperhill, TN again we would choose The Mallard Hotel again."

"Loved our time spent at Fernbank. The home met all of our needs. The location was great to the places we wanted to visit. Having the fire pit was awesome and the wood to use was a plus. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you again -we loved it! "

"We planned a great weekend getaway at this beautiful cabin. From the beginning until the end of our stay, we had the most relaxing trip. We have never stayed in this area before and Copperhill met and exceeded our expectations. The view from the porches were so gorgeous. There’s nothing like sitting on the porch with coffee in the mornings and watching the peaceful water. The river sparkles with little glimmers from the local natural landscape there (which was my little one’s favorite thing). The cabin was well appointed with everything that you could need and want. We cooked in every meal with the exception of one night out and the kitchen had more than I expected. Most rentals typically have very basic kitchen necessities but this cabin was different. Everything is there to prepare for any number of guests that are with you. I especially loved the layout of the cabin. The master bedroom is set over to the side so we had our own space away from the kiddos. That’s a big plus. We are a family of four but this would accommodate a very large family with no problems. My favorite part has to be all of the different sitting areas on the porches. We could all spread out outside and read, eat, or just relax together. It was the best. The pool table and hot tub were extra perks. So much so, that we didn’t even leave. We hope to visit again and our hosts were wonderful. The communication was great from the beginning to the end. If you need a relaxing weekend away and want a peaceful and beautiful place, I highly suggest this cabin. It was secluded enough to have space but close enough to everything in town to grab a bite or shop. It was top notch and we had the best time."

"Unique stay with amazing common spaces! It was rainy the first day of our stay and the common space lodge was great to have. It was a family trip and our kids really enjoyed the large fire pits, jenga, and table tennis. We met 3 families while staying and it’s always fun to be able to chat and still have plenty of room to spread out! The shared fridge and freezer to keep food in elevated the overall experience. Bathrooms were really nice with linens provided. We would recommend and we would stay again!"
