"Staff was nice, the parking lot was a little sketchy with limited parking. The beds were very rough and uncomfortable. We were also able to hear everything going on outside even though we were on the second floor.
Would not recommend to anyone."

"Really liked the staff, from parking attendant to the front desk personnel. The hotel was very clean and updated.
The parking was not the easiest. Used the valet service and they very professional and courteous. The over all experience was very delightful. Would stay there again"
"This hotel was so charming - the decor was beautiful and unique. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and this shower was absolutely the best ever - the water pressure was fantastic. The grounds were gorgeous. We walked around the area and found the best place for dinner - "Feed Table and Tavern". We stayed here on our way home from the Pensacola Beach to PA and this will definitely be our go to every year!!!! "

"This was the BEST vacay home we've ever stayed in. Shannon thought of absolutely everything! Check-in and check-out was easy. She gave very detailed instructions regarding every aspect of her home. Shannon thought of EVERYTHING! Comfortable bed linens & pillows, fully stocked kitchen with snacks, water, coffee pods & creamer, spices, ziploc bags, everything! She had extra towels, bathroom essentials, and all the comforts. Love the space, decor, location, parking. Everything was SUPERB! We highly recommend Shannon's home and will definitely stay here again when we return to Chatanooga! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable in every way! "
