Hotel Room with privacy

This place is great. It's basically a hotel room, with the privacy of a quiet Chico neighborhood. Albeit with a large bathroom. The inclusion of coffee and filters for the small coffee pot was an added bonus. Great place, and I would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Just Perfect

I was looking for an affordable rental for a short notice getaway. I couldn't be happier with this adorable and spotless studio apartment. Nice neighborhood, private, quiet yet centrally located. I was very impressed by the design of the adorable kitchenette, storage cubbies, and lovely bathroom. The bed was super comfy. Further, communication with Chelsea by text was excellent each time we communicated. Thank you very much!

Nice accommodations

The place was really nice, comfortable and clean. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The location was a very short drive from downtown and Bidwell Park. I’m definitely going to stay there again.
