「Super cute hotel, great parking lot with EV charging stations. Front desk staff could have been more helpful. Two young women working when I checked in and then had a question about parking the next day made me feel like I was taking them away from something more important.」

「トイレ、バスは共用で汚くて入る気にならなかった。 部屋も汚く、タオル類もきれいではありません。 朝食付きとありましたが、自分でコーヒーをいれ、置いてあるパンを焼くだけで、おかずは何もない状態でした。この状態で宿泊代が３万円を超えるのはこれまでの Expediaで泊まったホテルの中で最悪の宿泊施設でした。この施設に泊まろうとする人は辞めることをお勧めします。 」

「部屋にコーヒーメーカーしかなく、お湯を沸かすことができなかあった。また冷蔵庫もなく冷たい飲み物、食料を入れることができなかった。」

「朝食は付いていませんでした。スタッフは親切でした。22階の１０６号室はバスタブの水漏れがありました。ヒルトンクラブのエグゼクティブラウンジは、ありませんでした。毎日水2本サービスされましたが、部屋には電気ポットなかったので、ルームサービスに依頼して部屋に持ってきてもらいました。（無料）ホテルの場所はCTAにも近くとても便利でした。」

「朝食は新鮮でメニューも多く美味しくいただきました。設備もよくルーフトップのバーも楽しみました。 ただ３日目、部屋の掃除が無く、電話を2度しても対応いただけず、3度目に電話をすると電話から30分後にタオル交換をしていただきました。それ以外はスタッフの皆さんも親切で満足です。」
