"This was our sixth visit to Oatlands Park and it didn't disappoint. We were upgraded to a Feature room, which was fabulous. The staff here are always lovely, from Reception, to the Bar, to the Restaurant, to Housekeeping - can't be faulted. On this visit we felt like we were the guests from hell, as we had to go to Reception four times to ask for assistance with various things but on every occasion the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. A special shout out to Tamara who served us at Breakfast and was an absolute delight! We wouldn't hesitate to go back."

"Nice room comfy bed. Ask and we’re given a nice quiet room. Parking was extra (didn’t appreciate had to pay £10 extra for this until the week before) EV charging locally. Nice breakfast"

"Booked Chessington Resort Hotel as we wanted an overnight stay with grandchildren. We found the staff helpful and friendly, the room quirky and well laid out (it was tiger themed), the pool area clean, and lots of choices for the buffet breakfast. Ideal - thank you!"

"We had a lovely stay at the White Hart. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good although we had booked to stay on a Sunday so that we could all have a roast dinner and were disappointed to find that there wasn’t a single roast left. However the food we ordered was still good. "
