"The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. It had a quiet energy about it; meaning the property was quiet considering its location on the crossroads of two main roads and the bar and beer garden being lively but not overly boisterous.
