「We had stayed here before as it is very convenient for visiting family. Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly host, easy free parking.
Pleasant pub just around the corner for dinner and very relaxing in the garden.
Good value for this part of Surrey.」
「Overall it was very good. There really needs to be a bedside light as I had to get out of bed to switch the light off. A door stop for the balcony door would also be useful.」
"It was terrible - on first day, we ordered crib and the staff brought a folded baby crib and she said she did not know how to set it up and simply left it there. When we asked if there was a blanket for the crib, they said there wasn’t one and that a staff member would take care of it the next day. Unfortunately, that night the infant fell out of our bed because we could not use the crib. Even the next day, the crib was still not set up. We went to the front desk again, but even after a couple of hours, no one brought anything. Eventually, the staff brought but he claimed he had delivered it to the wrong room number. On the third day, the room was not made up at all. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had, and we will never stay here again."
