「The apartment needs renovation. Limited number of parking spaces and thus we need to park at Crown Plaza Hotel and walk back to the apartment. If need to do laundry, need to use the shared washing machines. However, one is broke and another isn’t connected with water supply.」

Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. The staff were really good and helpful i didnt feel i needed anything more for the amount this cost me. Thank you to the gentleman who were at reception and were a friendly bunch. "It was terrible - on first day, we ordered crib and the staff brought a folded baby crib and she said she did not know how to set it up and simply left it there. When we asked if there was a blanket for the crib, they said there wasn’t one and that a staff member would take care of it the next day. Unfortunately, that night the infant fell out of our bed because we could not use the crib. Even the next day, the crib was still not set up. We went to the front desk again, but even after a couple of hours, no one brought anything. Eventually, the staff brought but he claimed he had delivered it to the wrong room number. On the third day, the room was not made up at all. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had, and we will never stay here again."
