Comfortable room, absolutely lovely staff and a delicious cooked breakfast included. This is a great option for a budget stay. The property could use an update, but great for a stopover or staying in town.

Budget room, does the job! For £45 a night including breakfast, I wasn't expecting loads. The bed was comfy, the sheets were clean, the kettle and TV worked and the shower was all good. Don't expect a 5* experience from some cheap rooms above a pub, and you'll be just fine. Close to town centre. Breakfast was really good, and staff were great.

My first stay at the London Inn and it was a very enjoyable one . The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Fabulous breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend The London Inn , it's also a fabulous base if you want to explore Cheltenham and the cotswolds. I will definitely return if I visit Cheltenham again.

Wet very poor - dirty carpet and broken door lock - which meant we could not leave any valuables in the room It was that bad we were booked in for 3 nights and we stayed only for 2 Breakfast was run by just one person - and was very greasy Drinks were expensive in the bar that’s probably why there was only 5 customers in the bar Oh and the room we had number 4 looked nothing like the pics in the website - the wardrobe was a metal frame with 3 coat hangers on it

This pub is nothing like the photos online! Looks rundown & in bad shape. Inside not much better, dated and old looking but not in a good sense. Room was basic but did the job for one night. Cheaper than other accommodation in the centre of Cheltenham but for a reason! Breakfast included but left half of the cooked breakfast as felt sick. Wouldn't stay again nor recommend to fellow travellers looking to book ❌️

It would have been nice to know that the catering team were on holiday, thus no ‘in house’ meals. The communal carpets in the residential area are showing signs of age. Rooms clean and tidy as is the bar area.

The place is worn , but the beds are comfortable and clean. If it is within the budget that you want to spend, then it’s a decent place to rest your head. We arrived with lots of luggage. It would’ve been nice if the staff had asked if we needed help with a few bags when taking us upstairs to our room. Overall they were very nice. It’s just that it’s more a pub than an inn.
