Pet friendly and spacious home in quiet neighborhood!

Spacious three bedroom, two and half bath home in Riverbay offers plenty of living space on a 1/2 acre wooded corner lot. Master suite on first floor with king bed. There are 1 king and 2 doubles upstairs. Basement has a ping pong table for those rainy days. Central Air! Great location for walking and biking with the family. Just a short drive to the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee in the quiet backyard on the patio, and after a long day at the beach come back and shower in the outdoor shower. Grill up a nice dinner before heading downtown shops and restaurants. Welcome bag included-Reusable tote with paper and cleaning products compliments of the owner. Dog friendly-1 dog max-$150 fee will apply. Call us at Chatham Rentals and let us help you plan your stay.
