"Checking in was a breeze and the Receptionist was quite friendly and accommodating. We were happy with the clean room, and although we were not supplied with washcloths (thankfully I brought my own), there were no other issues where the room was concerned. The problem we had was that on the first morning of our booked 4 day stay, housekeeping was knocking on our door at approximately 10:15 a.m. to let know they're cleaning our side of the hotel. "The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....
