"This hotel was OK but the price point I think it’s a little bit expensive for what you actually get for when anyone from the airport can enter into the room areas there’s no lock and you don’t need your key card to get access. I saw people sleeping on the floors and things right in front of the door, which didn’t feel very secure. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were the best part of this experience hands-down they were attentive. The food was phenomenal. The room seemed kind of moldy and tricked my allergies, but otherwise the bathroom was clean and so were the sheets in bed. Overall, I will write this experience a three out of five as far as accommodations go at the airport. I’ve stated on the airport hotels in this airport and this was one was just mediocre for the price. I did not get to use the pool because I arrive late. Maybe if I was able to use that my experience would have been different maybe people pay for that however with that being said I feel like the price point was too high for what you get in the security and people being able to enter, the room areas was definitely a downside so ladies, if you’re traveling alone, I would definitely choose the crown Plaza or something else. "

"A really good hotel at the Airport suitable for early flights. The Jewel, shops, nice restaurants are all in walking distance. Room is very small but was sufficient for our needs. Missed not having coffee in the room but that’s not so important anyway. "

The room was exactly what I needed — comfortable bed, clean sheets, and a hot shower that felt amazing after 15 hours in the air. Sometimes you just need to lie flat and reset, and this delivered. The front desk staff member was incredibly helpful. I had mistakenly booked at Terminal 3 but was arriving and departing from Terminal 2. She handled the change smoothly and without any hassle, which I really appreciated after a long flight. The booking also includes access to the lounge next to the Sunflower Garden, which is such a nice touch. It’s a great space to unwind before your next flight. I arrived during Chinese New Year, so the spa facilities were closed. That said, it looked like a lovely amenity and I would definitely consider trying it on a future visit. The room itself was dark, quiet, and perfect for real sleep — not just airport napping. There are also convenient outlets to charge your devices. My only suggestion would be offering the option to book longer time blocks, especially when flights are delayed. Overall, highly recommend for anyone needing real rest during a long transit."
