The room was equipped with all the essentials for daily living, and we especially appreciated the washing machine and dryer, which were extremely helpful in reducing the amount of clothing we needed to pack for the trip.
Housekeeping was provided three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), which felt like the right frequency to keep the room clean and tidy without being intrusive.
The location was also very convenient—there’s a supermarket and a food court just a short walk away, so we never had trouble getting daily necessities or meals. In addition, the bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, making it easy to reach stations like Serangoon and Hougang."
