I came to drop off my bag since my arrival to Melbourne was so early. Turns out that they had a room already ready at 9am and let me check in. I barely slept on the flight and I was exhausted so this was such a relief and I appreciate their kindness! Plus next day I overslept for the check out but they were nice about it as well. Thank you so much! Very nice hotel with clean rooms and convenient location.

It was hard to find in the beginning because the signage was not clearly visible. It was also weird that you need to go up to 2nd level for the reception. This hotel was within walking distance to the G ( Melbourne Cricket Grounds) and that's what I was looking for. It also came with a kitchenette and laundry facilities that saved us a couple of dollars on eating out every meal. There were also plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Fritz gelato is a couple of blocks down the street! Delish. Trams are also close, but if you are a walker it takes only about 20 minutes to get to the city and the free tram zone ( money saved to buy gelato! )...

I CHOSE THIS HOTEL BASED ON THE REVIEWS FROM EXPEDIA. IT WAS EVERYTHING I EXPECTED AND MORE. IN THE HEART OF THE CITY/ EXTREMELY CLEAN/GREAT STAFF/GREAT LOCATION/GREAT RATES. CONTINENTTAL BREAKFAST WAS A NICE BONUS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE TRAVELING TO THIS BEAUTIFUL CITY. IT DIDN'T HAVE A RESTAURANT/POOL OR GYM, BUT I WANTED TO EXPLORE THE CITY AND WHAT IT HAD TO OFFER, NOT STAY CONFINED TO THE HOTEL. KUDOS TO EVERYONE AT CITY LIMITED HOTEL
