"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. On site restaurant was a bit depressing, food was average but staff were lovely. One big let down was that the guy manning the booth to pay for airport transfers was incredibly abrupt, not a nice way to start our journey. This is sad as the rest of the staff we dealt with were very nice "
