"We had a very relaxing time. The open balcony was roomy and the wide view of the Gulf was beautiful. This condo was clean, comfortable, quiet. Checkin was easy and parking was plentiful. The heated pool, fitness room, tennis, pickle ball if we wanted stay active and great nearby restaurants to enjoy. We'd stay here again."

"Had a great time with million-dollar views of the gulf. Fishing is available around the island. Lots to do in the area with really good seafood and Italian restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to questions."

"This property has been given a makeover, so it is bright, fresh and clean. The location is perfect. This is a first floor condo, gulf-facing. The owner was awesome to work with on the few questions I had during our stay. Kayaks were great. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"This unit in particular has great views because it’s a corner which allows nice sunny view views of the water where you can see dolphins playing. The company has done a good job renovating after the horrible hurricane sometime ago and you will feel comfortable and happy with this pretty condo!! Location is great being not too close from the road and yet close enough for a quick walk over to have some great meals I definitely recommend this location and Pelican Realty!"

"Our 1st visit to Cedar Key. We fell completely in love with the area. We will definitely be back. The condo was exactly as described and perfect for us. The only thing I feel could be improved is the coffee pot, being a coffee drinker I’m particular and the one there is messy. Sitting on the deck watching the tide go in and out is a must. "We were very pleased with our stay. Communication with property manager was good, check in easy. Condo very clean. Hard floors throughout, so some rugs that could have used some updating. Very quiet property well maintained. Well equipped. Pool very nice. Only "complaint" is that elevator is a little slow.....but it was good for us to use the stairs, unless we were hauling stuff. The storage area was very convenient. Beautiful view."

"We really enjoyed staying here. The property was exactly as described in the listing!!!! Many things available for use while there...such as beach towels, chairs, kayaks, games, lounge chairs, Netflix on the TVs, and soooo much more. We were here in early May and saw manatees as well! The only thing worth noting is that the stairs might be difficult to climb for anyone elderly or walking handicap."
