「My first trip was excellent, but booking with Expedia for a second time was a total mistake. Expedia or Saddle Brooks have taken my money. I was triple charged for a reservation and stayed for four nights: September 2-6, 2026. I am not sure what's going on, but I do know, I am not able to reach anyone from Expedia concerning my payment that was immediately taken from my account effective September 6, 2026.」

「Estuvimos 3 días en el hotel para celebrar mi cumpleaños , me gustó muchísimo la ubicación, los cuartos son bien grande parecen apartamentos, un trato excelente tanto de las gente de front desk, los muchachos de valet parking , el personal del restaurante, la piscina en general de todo el personal que trabaje en el hotel , no tuve quejas alguna , te llevan hasta la playa y te traen , te incluye la silla y la sombrilla, si pudiera le daba un 100 de 10 , no me quería ir de allí, la piscina la pasé...

「Overall, this was a wonderful hotel to stay at. Great pool great views of the bay. The beach was beautiful. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place and may even come back again.」
