Pelican Point is a 1st floor (~5 steps) 2-bedroom/2-bathroom remodeled and beautiful apartment in downtown Cedar Key, less than a 10-minute walk to Dock Street!

Great for both couples and families!

The unit offers two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with twin/full bunk beds), Wifi, smart TV in both living room and master, kitchen w/ full stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, dining table, and washer/dryer. There's also a dining table with plenty of space for 4. Perhaps the most sought-after amenity is the parking, which is right out front with a private overflow lot located a very short walk from the building. Just ask about boat trailer parking!

Quick stay

It was a quick visit to clean my father’s house who had moved. We stayed there last year the same time. We enjoyed the place so much, we decided to come back. Very convenient location, very accommodating. We wished Annie’s was open, but a few of the other restaurants were so it was fine. Thanks for a nice visit!

Cedar Key Gem

Our unit was an amazing place and extremely close to the shops and restaurants. The place was well equipped and very clean. Don’t forget to have breakfast at Annie’s and make the short drive to the Lowkey Hideaway tiki bar. It’s worth it! The hosts were great and very responsive. We’ll be back again soon!

Pelican Point was on point!

We had an amazing stay at Pelican Point and just short walk to Annie's for breakfast. Amazing atmosphere and even being on first floor (downstairs) the upstairs noises were minimal. A must stay!!

Moving trip

We needed a place to stay as we cleaned and packed my father-in-laws house. This was a fantastic find! Our task is not complete so we will be coming back to Pelicans Point. It was a perfect place to be. We are glad we found it!

We Love Cedar Key

We enjoyed the space, full kitchen and laundry, smart tvs, location. We will probably try to rent the upstairs apt we stayed in a year ago vs downstairs next time because it sounded like the people from Maine were running a marathon above us the last two nights. Everything else was great.

a weekend friends getaway

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay. The property is surprisingly roomy, I loved the high ceilings and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were provided all necessities. Everyone around were friendly, and despite being on the first floor, there was no noise from above whatsoever. Walking distance to everywhere on the island. Would recommend for friends or family with children.

First Cedar key visit

Pelican point was a perfect spot to venture out from. Perfect space to spread out for rest and relaxation. Comfortable beds. Nicely decorated and fully furnished!! Biking to town. Kayaking from the beach out through the channels,venturing off to shell mound, Suwannee river. Shops and restaurants in town. Learned a lot about the area. Definitely want to come back to enjoy more of the area

Wonderful!

Pelican Point is a great choice. The unit is clean and very well appointed. It is off the beaten path so it’s very quiet but yet it’s not too far from the action. My friend and I had a very nice stay. Our host was amazing. Helpful and very responsive. My only negative comments are that parking is a bit inconvenient and the living room could use a comfortable chair.

Cedar Key

Everything in cedar key within walking distance from property. Everything was clean and neat. Everything in apartment was to our liking except loveseat uncomfortable while watching tv and king mattress lumpy and sagging. The place is just as described. Everything you need in kitchen for a meal. Washer and dryer were nice. Enjoyed shower in master. I would recommend this place for family of four or couple. Diane has a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.
