"We initially booked a covered wagon. Super cute idea, but let me tell you…if it’s windy and you aren’t a sound sleeper, good luck. We spent sleep a wink the first night we were there. The front desk was extremely accommodating and allowed us to switch to a regular room the second night. Which I really appreciated. The regular room was clean, quiet and comfy. Slept like the dead. The restaurant is good for dinner. Excellent steaks. Unfortunately, their breakfast is not nearly as impressive as they think. Watery eggs, so-so selection. We didn’t eat there the second morning because we were disappointed. All in all happy with our stay though and appreciated the friendly staff. "

"My fifteenth time staying here. An oasis in the desert. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Housekeeping is not what it used to be...they replace the towels and make the bed, but don't clean the floor which gets grittier every consecutive day. Limited office hours."
