"The lodge was great for our one night stay. Free coffee at the deli, a short walk away. No free breakfast, FYI. Clean comfortable accomodations. "

"We stayed 2 nights. There was no maid service and no fresh towels, but an envelope asking for a tip for the maid. The room was relatively large and comfortable. We were above the pizza restaurant, which was noisy until about 9 pm."

"The cabin was very convenient for getting to Capital Reef. There were several nice places to sit outside. The upstairs bedroom / loft was light, comfortable and had nice views. The balcony off the bedroom provided a nice spot to sit outside. The kitchen was small and not ideal for cooking, but had everything we needed and worked well for simple meals. We would stay here again. "

"The New Gold Standard! This home set the bar incredibly high. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. Don't even get me started on all the spices that were available. We especially appreciated the grill for preparing dinners and the filtered water in the fridge, which saved us from having to buy bottled. The host was also thoughtful enough to provide a generous selection of condiments, sodas, beers, and coffee!We were perfectly comfortable with the quick-adjusting HVAC, and the back porch provided a beautiful, private sanctuary each evening. The location is unbeatable—tucked into the valley right outside Capitol Reef with easy access to town (7 mins) and Loa (20 mins). I didn't want to leave and could easily see a long-term stay here. Highly recommended!"
