"Check in information provided in plenty of time. Locating my actual room proved challenging as the floors were numbered on the European system not the American system. "We had a great stay but found the kitchen hit and miss. No dish towels and maybe 3 glasses. Also there wasn’t really a pot to cook soup or oatmeal in. The rest was fine."
