「the stay was fine」

「We reserved and paid two nights. Over $650.00. Upon arrival our room was changed to a different area of the property. The room was awful. The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling. 「We had to book rooms for our softball team trip to OKC for the Women's College World Series after our VRBO canceled on us at the very last minute. VRBO gave us this hotel as an alternative option. We booked 6 rooms to accommodate our group at over $6k for 3 nights. Room rates were $350 per night. Immediately following booking, we found an alternative that worked better for us, so we canceled the rooms. They would only refund $4k back, leaving a youth softball team to eat $2k in "fees".
