「First visit and it will not be the last. Cool, renovated historic property. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and good breakfast included with the room. Good location with reasonable parking options and access to public transit (light rail). Popular bar in the building as well.」

「Amazing stay, i drove in and stayed 2 nights to attend The Warning concert at The Fillmore. Very convenient having a hotel and event venue basically in the same building. Nice and friendly staff and service, rooms were very clean and welcoming. Convenient store/gas station right across the street. There is a nice little brew pub/bbq restaurant within walking distance of the hotel, down the street and across from the gas station. Overall great stay.」
「The staff is wonderful everyone was very kind and helpful. They made the stay enjoyable. The rooms were nice and clean I appreciate the eco friendly touches. The restaurant has surprisingly good food. Although the over night valet price is exorbitant, there are many affordable self parking options right across so do not let parking be a deterrent if you have a car this is still a great hotel. The bed and pillow could be improved for comfort although very trendy for aesthetics. Could also benefit...
