"Parking is not included in stay; construction crewa outside arrived at 6am. Only one coffee pod given,no cups. No breakfast options provided without charge. Junk food available for overpriced amount. Wouldn't stay again."

"The property is clean and well maintianed. Breakfast in the resruarant on teh 4th foor was incredible. My room was perfect. All of this was a bit overshadowed by some concerning experiences. I was in room 902. Calls from other guests wanting to speak to room service or guest services kept getting routed to my room, about 10 in all. Apearently they have a new phone system. There were issues with the in room coffee maker. Additionally, good thing I checked my charges at teh desk upon checkout. There was roughly $120.00 in charges being billed to my card that were not mine. The front desk staff did manage to correct the errors. I dod purchase a robe and was given a $50 discount for all the trouble. They should have covered breakfast too. . . "

"Staff were kind, food was delicious, skywalk accessibility was an unexpected plus. There were some little things with the room (e.g. the remote wouldn't work sometimes, the shower didn't get very hot despite turning it all the way over), but overall I had a pleasant stay and would come again."

"Pool was unusable due to unruly kids and parents busy drinking. Not all the lights turn off in the room and the drunks where very loud at 3 am"

"Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, it would really benefit from having a microwave and a smart TV, as those are amenities many guests expect. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff seemed unorganized and made a major mistake by charging the check-in fee for a different room. This resulted in an unexpected hold of over $500 being placed on my account, which took multiple days to drop off. It was a very frustrating experience and caused unnecessary stress. The property also did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Because of the poor check-in experience and how the situation was handled, I will not stay here again."
