"This is not a hotel it’s a shared apartment in the middle of an ugly neighborhood. When I got inside the toilet was so dirty the kitchens was full of trash and I was now stuck in a noisy apartment full of drunk college kids. Also, I paid $18 for a parking space and somebody was already parked there. "

"This place was just as described! Very clear instructions how to get in and we felt very secure and safe with a locked gate around entire property. Extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable and nice!!! It was a great experience alltogether. Plenty of street parking too. Highly recommend! "

"While I would love to rate this property a 5 because it is charming and in a great location, the bedroom is located under the main house and footsteps upstairs sound like an actual stampede that echos in the bedroom. I was woken up every morning for about 6 days in a row and finally had to buy earplugs which helped a bit. There was also long hair everywhere throughout the unit upon check-in which was concerning from a cleanliness perspective. Finally, about half of the closets in this unit are...
