「The house was charming and we loved sitting on the deck enjoying the babbling creek behind the house. Very nicely decorated! Great location just outside of Hancock and convenient for us to a wedding nearby. Sunetra was very responsive and helpful with a few of our questions.」

「This is a wonderful pet friendly property with a fantastic host! Bryan was most helpful and ensured a great stay! You will find the home very comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely book again when traveling to the Syracuse area.」

「Great house and location for my family.」

「Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice...

「Good location at Catskills area. Family friendly, large back yard that has access to the nearby creek.」

「Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect for four people. We only stayed one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The mattress and pillows were amazing, and we had such a comfortable, restful night’s sleep. Everything was thoughtfully done, and the space felt beautiful and welcoming. Highly recommend!」

「We had a wonderful week everything was perfect!Thank you for your hospitality」

「This was a clean and comfortable property with great woods and pond views just outside the village of Walton. The fire pit and table tennis table added a lot to our experience. 」
