「The host was excellent with communicating. The property was a we expected, clean and what we needed. We used the empty garage to house one of our three vehicles. The other two stayed in the driveway. Our trip kept us away from late morning until late afternoon but a perk during our evenings was the entertainment at the Sawgrass Grove nearby.」

「Parrish Grove Inn is for sure the CUTEST AND COZIEST B&B on the Space Coast. We stayed two nights in the Palmetto Room and the service, cleanliness, and overall aesthetic of the inn exceeded our expectations. Both the owner and general manager were lovely and made us a delicious breakfast each morning. 「From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the host. Lovely unique property that felt like you were staying in someone's home rather than a B&B. Very comfortable room and the highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Our kids loved cooking their own pancakes at the table. Property very close to the beach and all the amenities in New Smyrna Beach with the bonus of on site parking. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend Inn on the Avenue.」

「What a lovely stay. Kimberly was the perfect hostess answering all my questions and making sure my stay went flawless. Frankie, her Frensh Bull Dog, was always welcoming when I entered making me feel like I was coming home rather than 1,000 miles away. Mini-fridge kept my seltzers cold, room temperature was comfortable, shower refreshing, and easy in and out from highways coming and going. I highly recommend and thank Kimberly for her hospitality.」
