Nice stay overall

The owners are extremely nice and very helpful. The bed in our room (Dancing Horses) was less than average due to the air pump not keeping the mattress comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

We loved staying here! Room was comfortable, and it was close to restaurants in the little downtown area. The owners cooked a lovely breakfast both days, and were very accommodating with snacks etc. Would highly recommmend. Way better than an impersonal hotel!

Great B&B

The hosts were friendly and welcoming with arrival wine and snacks. The made to order breakfast was excellent. The room was quite comfortable with plenty of space for two. The B&B is within walking distance of downtown Kissimmee and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the attention to details. Excellent breakfast (organic eggs and avocado picked from the backyard). Love the art, the many butterflies in the garden, quiet place and the nice conversation in the morning with the owners, between others.

Fun B&B for an older couple traveling to the Kissimmee area. Good value for the price. The owners are fun and interesting and we enjoyed talking to them over breakfast. The facilities were dated but clean and in good working order. The window coverings did not fully cover the Windows which may be an issue if you are doing clothing-optional activities in the room. The Down pillows were also very flat. Overall we liked it and would stay there again.

Perfect stay

Stayed one night, I needed to be close to the hospital and wanted to be comfortable. This was perfect. As close to home as I could have gotten. Well, I didn’t eat breakfast because I had to get back to the hospital the next morning, it smelled amazing! I stayed in the veranda room, had its own private bathroom. Beautifully decorated and bed was comfy. Owners were very nice and attentive.

Booked for convenience but now it’s a destination!

We loved the property and our room. But our hosts made it truly special. They served us a delicious breakfast and we were able to get to know them a bit. They are a very cool couple! We actually live just a couple of hours away but will come back again for a weekend getaway.

It was perfect for us. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They just opened a brewery downtown that we were able to walk to, and we had a great time there as well. Overall a great B&B.
