「Hotel was worn and tired. Door to balcony did not work to overlook the water. Lock was jammed or broken and building settling had prevented the door from functioning. Mold/ discoloration in bath and shower showcased the lack of care for maintenance and health. No blankets provided and a call to remedy was a person that did not deliver or resolve the issue. 」

「This resort is beautiful, clean and has lots of fun amenities for the family. There is also a third party vendor which rents out lounge chairs, umbrellas and water toys on the beach which makes it nice. The unit itself was super clean and very spacious-plenty of room for our family. This is our second time here and we can’t wait to go again!」

「The room was really dirty. There was mold on the shower curtain. A red substance on the window curtains. The sheets for the pull out sofa were dirty, had stains and hair on them. Under the pull out mattress there was mounds of dust and dirt. The room had a musty smell to it. We only booked for one night and I’m glad that’s all we booked for. I would never stay here again. 」

「Building was under renovations, closet door was fallen and you could see all the cleaning supplies. We paid for ocean front except the windows were completely covered by blue plastic. We checked in and checked out within 15 minutes but we were fully refunded since we were not notified about the construction. 」

「This is the second time we have stayed at this property during bike week. We absolutely loved it! We had a problem with our TV and the manager came to our room within minutes and brought us a new one. Beautiful location too, right on the beach. This property will definitely be our go to place to stay for bike week.」

「The stay was short and sweet. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The space was clean, well kept, and all was as advertised. It was exactly what we were looking for our short overnight stay. In case you are wondering, the apartment is inside an extended stay hotel. Don't let that turn you off, it was very clean and the staff was very polite, welcoming, and willing to serve us for our stay. Thank you.」
