「The location was excellent right across from the park and next to the Royal Gorge train station. Accommodations were fantastic. Very clean, had everything we needed. And the host were only a phone call away. They were very helpful and accommodating. I would suggest staying here to anyone heading to Canyon City」

「My Labrador and I had a Wonderful two month long stay at this beautiful house! The ranch style set up with easy access to backyard through both the laundry room and master bedroom was perfect for us. The house has beautiful decor and amazing artwork by local artists. The front door has an awesome latched door peep hole to open up for some fresh mountain air. I enjoyed coffee on front porch as well as on back patio with amazing views of prairie and mountains. I even spotted a huge jackrabbit one...

The Pulpit Rock Park was lovely, though we didn't get very far after stopping to watch the local wildlife just in the nearby yards - rabbits, squirrels (of course), birds and a small herd of mule deer bucks browsing in someone's landscaping. Kitchen had the essentials (though could use some better lighting and outlets). Games and books available to entertain guests in the comfortable living room space. Would certainly stay...

「Had no problems. The bottom rack and drip pan on the toaster oven needed cleaned and the counter top had coffee grounds on it. No hot water in kitchen sink. Those were our only issues. They allowed us to check in early as we got into town ahead of schedule. We would stay at this property again.」

「The property is a converted garage in a residential home. It was comfortable and very convenient to the places we wanted to go. The owner was responsive, and everything was as advertised. We will happily stay there again.」

「The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...
